CourtRatesPortal is an independent availability-checking tool. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated on behalf of Court Access, PicklePiper, CourtHubApp, PayMongo, or any venue listed on this Site, unless explicitly stated.

1. Informational purposes only

The court listings, schedules, and pricing shown on CourtRatesPortal are provided for general informational purposes to help you find an open court faster. They are not a substitute for checking directly with the booking app or venue before you travel or commit to a booking.

2. No guarantee of accuracy

Availability and pricing data is pulled automatically from third-party booking apps on a periodic schedule (shown on each listing as "Availability as of"), or in real time for facilities on our own live-connected plans. Between syncs, a court that appears open may already be booked, and a price shown may have changed. We make reasonable efforts to keep this data current but cannot guarantee it is complete, accurate, or up to the minute at the moment you view it.

3. Not a booking platform

CourtRatesPortal itself does not process reservations, payments, or refunds, and does not store your payment details. Every "Book via" link takes you to the third-party app's own site, or in some cases a facility's own Championship-tier booking page, to complete your booking there, under that venue's own terms, pricing, and cancellation policy.

4. Paid placement and facility payments

Some facilities pay for higher priority placement (Baseline, Rally, Championship, or the Center Court add-on, as described on our Pricing page). A higher-ranked facility is not necessarily a better, safer, or more reputable one — priority reflects the facility's chosen plan, not our endorsement or verification of their business practices, and it never affects whether a facility appears in a search it doesn't actually match.

Where a listed facility uses automatic payment collection through PayMongo — GCash, bank transfer, QR Ph, or any other method they've enabled — that payment goes directly to the facility's own PayMongo merchant account, or (on some facilities) is confirmed manually by the facility rather than posted automatically. Generating the QR itself carries no fee to you; PayMongo's own transaction fee, if any, is between the facility and PayMongo. Some facilities choose to pass that processing fee on to you as a small convenience fee at checkout instead of absorbing it themselves — where that applies, it will show as part of the amount you're asked to pay, not as a separate or hidden charge from us. CourtRatesPortal is not a party to that payment, does not process or hold those funds, and bears no responsibility for a payment dispute, refund, or tax matter between you and that facility. Take up payment issues with the facility directly.

5. Third-party links

We aren't responsible for the content, accuracy, availability, or security of any third-party site we link to, including a facility's own Championship-tier site. Visiting or using a third-party booking app or facility site is between you and that party — any dispute about a booking, charge, or cancellation should be directed to them, not to us.

6. No warranty

The Site and its data are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CourtRatesPortal is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your reliance on information found on the Site, including a wasted trip to a court that turned out to be booked, a price that changed before you completed a booking elsewhere, or a payment dispute with a facility's own PayMongo account.

8. Changes

Court hours, pricing, and policies at any given venue can change without notice from the venue or the booking app — and independently of anything we control. We may also update this Disclaimer from time to time; the "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision.
