On Rally and Championship, every booking payment goes through your own Gcash or PayMongo merchant account, registered under your own business and tax details — not ours. We don't hold it, route it, or take a cut of it. Ever. (Baseline and Rally doesn't include PayMongo automation, so this doesn't apply there — you're welcome to run payments however you already do.)
This withholding is mandatory and automatic — it applies the same way whether you're a single-court startup or an established facility. There's no size exemption, but it's fully creditable against your tax filing via Form 2307.

No setup fee on Baseline or Rally. Championship's final monthly price depends on how much custom design your site needs — we quote it exactly before you commit to anything.
Yes — every tier is priced per facility, not per court. On Baseline, courts are unlimited with no overage charge either way. On Rally and Championship, your facility price includes a set number of courts (10 on Rally, 20 on Championship) — go over that and it's ₱100/month for each additional court, not a jump to a whole new facility fee.
One. A facility is defined by the business/location, not the sport — if it's one court booking system at one address, it's one facility for pricing purposes, however many sports it hosts. Court count is still what drives Rally and Championship's per-court overage, so a facility with 6 pickleball courts and 6 badminton courts counts as 12 courts under one facility, not two facilities.
Yes. Center Court is a single add-on slot layered on top of our top tier — it's designed to be the single most visible placement on the entire platform, so it's only offered to the facilities already ranked highest.
Cancel within your first 30 days on any tier and we'll refund 75% of your first month's payment — no long explanation needed. After that first month, the usual billing terms apply.
