On Championship, every booking payment goes through your own PayMongo merchant account, registered under your own business and tax details — not ours. We don't hold it, route it, or take a cut of it. Ever. Rally generates the same payment QR automatically, but doesn't confirm or post the payment back to your schedule — you check that it landed and mark the booking yourself. Baseline doesn't include PayMongo automation at all, so none of this applies there — you're welcome to run payments however you already do. We picked PayMongo specifically because it came out cheapest in our own research — not because it's easiest for us.
The ~1.5% PayMongo processing fee is yours to structure — absorb it as a cost of doing business, or pass it on to the player as a convenience fee at checkout. Either way, it's paid to PayMongo, never to us. The BIR withholding is different: it's a tax on the payout to your merchant account, so it stays with you regardless of how you handle the processing fee.
Generating the payment QR is free — it's included in your plan. The fees above only apply to a payment that actually completes; a QR nobody pays never costs you anything.
This withholding is mandatory and automatic — it applies the same way whether you're a single-court startup or an established facility. There's no size exemption, but it's fully creditable against your tax filing via Form 2307.

When two facilities share the same rank, the one subscribed longest is shown first — loyalty outranks timing, not the other way around.

Yes — every tier is priced per facility, not per court. On Baseline, courts are unlimited with no overage charge either way. On Rally and Championship, your facility price includes a set number of courts (10 on Rally, 20 on Championship) — go over that and it's ₱100/month for each additional court, not a jump to a whole new facility fee.
One. A facility is defined by the business/location, not the sport — if it's one court booking system at one address, it's one facility for pricing purposes, however many sports it hosts. Court count is still what drives Rally and Championship's per-court overage, so a facility with 6 pickleball courts and 6 badminton courts counts as 12 courts under one facility, not two facilities.
Yes. Center Court is a single add-on slot layered on top of our top tier — it's designed to be the single most visible placement on the entire platform, so it's only offered to the facilities already ranked highest.
